How do I join a Minecraft Bedrock server?
On devices that support adding external servers, open the Servers tab and enter the listed address and port. Console options differ. Confirm the operator's Bedrock and access requirements; a status response does not guarantee that you can join.
What is the difference between Java and Bedrock servers?
Java Edition runs on PC and uses the TCP server-list status protocol; Bedrock Edition runs on consoles, mobile and Windows and uses RakNet. They are not directly cross-compatible, so ServerBuddy separates listings by the protocol that answered. A successful status response still does not guarantee login access.
