Use this page for listing corrections, removal requests and abuse reports. Include the server address or ServerBuddy profile URL so the right listing can be reviewed.

Contact

The support form creates a private, trackable request for the ServerBuddy administrator. Include the server address, profile URL and a short description of the request.

Create a support ticket

If the form is unavailable, email support (at) serverbuddy (dot) net.

Report wrong server data

Send the profile URL and what looks wrong: player count, version, category, edition, MOTD, icon, duplicate profile or stale address.

Report listing data

Remove or update a listing

ServerBuddy lists public servers that respond to Minecraft status checks. Server owners can open the server profile, choose “Request removal,” and prove control by publishing the one-time DNS TXT record shown there. The listing is removed only after that record verifies.

Contact support for IP-only listings, duplicate merges or metadata corrections, and include the server address plus the requested change.

Request manual review

Abuse and safety report

Report impersonation, misleading listings, unsafe names or other issues that should not appear in public discovery.

Create safety report

What to include

  • ServerBuddy profile URL or server address.
  • The issue you want reviewed.
  • Any replacement address, category or display name.
  • Whether the request is urgent or safety-related.

What ServerBuddy can change

We can correct public listing metadata, merge duplicates, remove unsuitable listings and refresh stale server telemetry. We cannot change settings on the Minecraft server itself.
